Highly Absorbent Low Adherent Wound Dressing consists of highly absorbent cotton and acrylic fibre pad that is heat bonded to a thin perforated polyester film on one side. The film side of the dressing is placed on the wound.
Consists of 3 layers
1st Layer: Low Adherent Perforated Film (Allows for rapid drainage of exudate and enables tissue to heal faster)
2nd Layer: Highly Absorbant Cotton/Acrylic Pad (Cushions and protects; minimises pain upon removal of dressing)
3rd Layer: Hydrophobic Backing Layer
